We’re honored to share that Aquagga has received the EPA Administrator's Award for Outstanding Accomplishments by a Small Business Contractor! 🎉
This recognition comes at a meaningful moment—our work was recently featured in an EPA article highlighting efforts to eliminate PFAS from industrial wastewater. From our first steps in the EPA’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to today, the EPA has played a pivotal role in helping us develop, refine, and scale the HALT technology.
Our journey with the EPA has been essential to our progress and success. The SBIR program gave us the opportunity to take HALT from a promising lab-scale concept to a field-tested, containerized system. The SBIR Phase II award was especially pivotal, enabling us to build and deploy a containerized unit that treats 5 to 10 gallons per hour of highly concentrated PFAS wastewater. We’re grateful to the EPA for supporting small businesses like ours and for their ongoing commitment to fostering innovation in the environmental sector.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and remain focused on scaling the impact of HALT to reach more communities in need of effective PFAS destruction solutions. With the continued support of our partners and the dedication of our team, we’re excited about the next phase of innovation and deployment. As we move forward, we are committed to refining our technology, expanding its reach, and ultimately making a lasting difference in the fight to eliminate PFAS and ensure access to clean, safe water for all.
We’re deeply grateful for the ongoing partnerships that help make our work possible and look forward to what lies ahead.
