Join a mission-driven team dedicated to eliminating PFAS and protecting communities.

About Aquagga

At Aquagga, we’re redefining how the world tackles PFAS contamination—one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time. Our patented hydrothermal alkaline treatment (HALT) technology destroys PFAS on-site, eliminating future contamination. Backed by seven U.S. federal agencies and top-tier accelerators, like Imagine H2O, we combine scientific rigor with real-world impact.

We’re a purpose-driven team united by a mission to protect water, ecosystems, and public health through breakthrough cleantech. We foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace where every voice matters and where people come to do the most meaningful work of their careers. If you're passionate about innovation and creating a cleaner, safer future, we’d love to have you on our team.

Working at Aquagga

Ariella Halevi
Engineering Project Manager
I had been searching for a company where I could use my engineering skills to tackle an environmental issue to make a positive impact on the world. Finding coworkers who share a similar desire to do good in the world has been amazing.

I enjoy the variety of hats we get to wear in start-up land: from taking out the trash to designing to field work, we really do get to work across all facets of the company.
Juliet Veskova
Lab Technician
I chose to pursue a career at Aquagga as they recognized and found value in the breadth of my entire work history, expertise, and skill set, and not just my degree or previous role.

That recognition has continued into my experience of working at Aquagga. They recognize staff as real people–we are not just another number.
Cody Thomsen
Mechanical Engineer
I first connected with Aquagga while working in a research lab at the University of Washington, where I met Brian Pinkard and learned about their efforts to commercialize the HALT technology I was studying. It felt like the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to solving a major environmental challenge.

Since then, it’s been incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that values both innovation and a supportive, collaborative culture. You can tell that everyone here not only cares about their work, but also cares about the people they work with.
