2025 was a transformative year for Aquagga. Across every team, we made significant strides in advancing PFAS destruction, bringing critical insights from the lab to the field, and deepening our impact on environmental and public health. 2025 was a year of continuing to advance our HALT technology, designing new systems, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.

Every bench test, every demonstration project, and every collaboration has strengthened our ability to keep PFAS out of people and the planet, and set the stage for an even more ambitious 2026.

Technical Wins

At the heart of Aquagga’s progress in 2025 was our progress advancing the HALT technology. Our R&D team pushed the limits, running more bench tests than ever across a wider variety of feedstocks, refining system designs to be sturdier, smarter, and easier to maintain. These advances allowed our systems to operate longer, more efficiently, and with lower maintenance requirements—ensuring we can destroy more PFAS safely and cost-effectively.

More innovations quickly moved from concept to reality. Our Product Development team completed the Colt system, our most compact HALT unit, demonstrating that even a small system can achieve the same destruction capabilities as our larger Steed units. Meanwhile, fabrication on the Stampede unit is already underway, ensuring we continue to meet a broad range of customer needs while improving reliability and performance.

In the field, we executed five pilot projects across the country, refining processes, gathering practical insights, and destroying more PFAS than ever before. From a large-scale demonstration with the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) to a closed-loop treatment project in South Dakota, these deployments showcased HALT’s real-world impact, protecting communities and the environment while building the expertise that will guide future projects.

Commercial Wins

2025 was also about the relationships and collaborations that turn technology into tangible impact. Our Sales team secured contracts with a variety of government and industrial partners who share our mission of reducing PFAS risk, improving treatment efficiency, and advancing sustainability goals. Building strong partnerships was just as important as advancing our technology, helping ensure that HALT solutions are applied where they can make the greatest impact.

At the same time, our Marketing team amplified these achievements to bring our story to a wider audience. From launching refreshed website content and releasing a new company video to participating in 23 events and presentations, the team helped showcase HALT technology’s capabilities and the real-world difference it makes. These efforts ensured that our customers, partners, and industry leaders could see not just what we build, but why it matters—for communities, public health, and the planet.

Looking Ahead

In 2026, we are excited to expand HALT technology’s reach and refine our systems. Aquagga’s mission remains clear: keeping PFAS out of people and planet, and this past year has shown just how far we can go when innovation meets real-world impact. We enter the new year energized and ready to tackle new challenges, continue innovating, and deliver even greater results for communities and the environment.
